Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Texas.

Processing time is typically 2–5 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated shipping times:

• United States: 3–7 business days

For smaller items like stickers, orders may be shipped in a flat envelope without tracking to keep shipping costs affordable. Larger or higher-value items will include tracking.

Once your order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If you experience any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to help however I can.

Returns

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my items, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of deliverywith photos of the item and packaging. I will do my best to make it right.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Exchanges

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders may already be in production or packaged for shipping and cannot be canceled.
